Shipping Policy
  Delivery Time
Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed.

Some orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process. In other cases, orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.

Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location. You will be notified if your order cannot be shipped within 5-7 business days.

Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Pricing
Some shipping quotes given online are estimates and may need to be recalculated manually. This most commonly occurs with orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, or to APO/FPO addresses. Additional shipping charges will be incurred if your facility is a university, high-security or requires a lift-gate.

If any shipping alterations or charges occur, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.

Shipping Methods
For small item orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.

Most often, we ship palletized goods via Common Carrier (for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling). In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not able to receive items at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
